Mr. Wang Li, SAT Deputy Commissioner and Member of the SAT Party Leadership Group.

Mr. Wangli was born in Leshan, Sichuan Province in September 1953. He joined the Communist Party in March 1976 and started his career in April, 1972. He got his Master's Degree from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.

Mr. Wang was appointed Chief Economist of SAT in August 2001, and Deputy Commissioner and the Party Leadership Group member of SAT in October 2004. Prior to that, he had served as Secretary of the Youth League Committee and a member of CPC committee in Sichuan Pharmaceutical Factory, a cadre in the Planning Committee of Chengdu city, a Director in the General Office in Chengdu Municipal Government, Director and Party Secretary General of Chengdu Municipal SAT Office, Director General and Party Secretary General of Sichuan Provincial SAT Office.

Mr. Wang is Deputy of the 9th NPC.
